Free Site SurveyFacade paint is both the identity of a building and its first protective layer. Paint that is poorly chosen or applied to an unprepared surface chalks, blisters and stains within a few years — which is why most of the job is the preparation done before painting.
Surface preparation
The facade is pressure-washed, flaking paint is scraped off and cracks are filled and repaired with mesh. A primer suited to the substrate ensures even adhesion and a uniform colour.
Choosing the paint
We recommend breathable, water-repellent silicone paints, economical acrylics or elastomeric paints that bridge hairline cracks, depending on the condition of the facade. Colours are chosen from the chart and a sample area can be painted for approval.
