Free Site SurveyOver the years rain, frost and sun cause render to blister, concrete to spall and reinforcement to become exposed. This damage is not only unsightly: falling fragments endanger people and property, and water can reach the load-bearing structure.
Scope of repair
Loose render and concrete are removed in a controlled way, exposed rebar is cleaned of rust and coated with a corrosion inhibitor, and the section is rebuilt with polymer-modified repair mortars. Balcony soffits, cornices and sills are restored with the same care.
After the repair
Repaired areas are matched to the texture of the rest of the facade and prepared for paint or decorative finish. Insulation or waterproofing can be combined with the repair so that scaffolding is paid for only once.
