Free Site SurveyFacade waterproofing covers every treatment that protects the outer shell of a building against water and moisture. On walls exposed to wind-driven rain, cracked renders and basement-level walls, the source of damp, blistering paint and mould inside is very often the facade.
How do we find the problem?
During the survey we scan walls with a moisture meter and establish whether water enters through cracks, window sills and frame joints, or rises from the ground by capillary action. The work is planned on that basis, avoiding unnecessary large-scale jobs.
Solutions we apply
Flexible cement-based waterproofing mortars, liquid membranes, water-repellent (hydrophobic) impregnations and joint sealants. Window and sill joints are sealed with mastic, and drainage and tanking details are applied to basement walls.
