We had external insulation done on three blocks of our complex. The person who came for the survey explained everything down to how many anchors would go on each side, and the quote came itemised accordingly. Rain delayed the job by two days, but they let us know in advance. This winter we are running the boiler far less.

They cleaned the rebar, rebuilt the render and then painted the whole facade. They left the entrance clean every evening throughout the work.

The new render does not match the old facade exactly; they told us this from the start, and we plan to even it out with paint next year.
